Our new expansion in McGregor, Texas will feature a first-in-the-nation robotics line, on-site solar power generation, and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, making it the leading technology facility in our industry.
Kaltenbach – Our Partners in Excellence
Equipment from Kaltenbach, an industry leader in high-quality steel processing and conservation equipment, will play a central role in Allied’s new facility’s manufacturing process. Three of the esteemed German company’s proprietary GIETART systems will provide Allied with capabilities to meticulously pre-blast raw steel, provide final service treatments to fabricated products, and paint customized steel profiles with adjustable paint thickness and comprehensive paint options.
To showcase our unique ability to apply finish coats in-house, the new facility proudly showcases “Allied Blue” steel that was manufactured and painted with Kaltenbach’s equipment in Allied’s first facility in La Coruña, Spain. Our continued partnership with Kaltenbach builds on the success of our first venture together and a shared dedication to excellence.
