We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and communicative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal hiring team in Bucaramanga. In this role, you will be the engine of our recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent, navigating advanced search tools, and managing candidates through the hiring pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for internal roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other sourcing channels.
- Utilize Boolean search strings and advanced filters to pinpoint exact candidate profiles.
- Keep a steady stream of prospective leads engaged and warm for current and future hiring needs.
- Initiate the initial outreach conversations with leads to spark interest in our opportunities.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements.
- Schedule introductory meetings, coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team, and send out candidate assessments.
- Keep candidates informed, engaged, and excited throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Post new job openings across various platforms and regularly audit active listings to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
- Package and endorse qualified candidates to internal hiring managers with clear summaries of their qualifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Up to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Sales, or Customer Service/Call Centers.
- Ability to work full-time in-office at our Bucaramanga, Santander location.
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English. You must be comfortable conducting business, writing professional emails, and speaking with candidates/teams in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills, a high level of empathy, excellent time management, and a proactive “go-getter” attitude.
- Prior experience or familiarity with sourcing tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities and experience
