Putting up a building in California can be a long, arduous process. Just obtaining the permits alone from the city can take months before you can start. But one thing Paul DiAmico from Colonial Country Club could count on is obtaining a warehouse from Allied Steel. He said that what he received was sturdy, dependable, and within his budgeting needs.

"They helped us out every step of the way," said DiAmico. "The building looks great, and it was very stress-free dealing with them. Considering how long it took to get the permits from the zoning boards out here, Allied took care of what they said they would do. I couldn't be more pleased."

DiAmico needed a 40' X 70' X 14' building that he could use for storing all of his golf course equipment. He said that the warehouse, which included skylights, upgraded PBR panels, and stainless steel fasteners, has held up well.

"Our people put it together, and had absolutely no problems with the parts or anything," said DiAmico. "The building came in on time, and the instructions were easy to read. It's really worked out well for us."
